By registering as the Team Lead, you are creating your Team’s page within the Project Site. Once you complete registration, you must invite your other team members to register to the Project Site via the “Add Team Members” link under the Quick Links.
Other team members should only register using your invitation link. If you are not a Team Lead and not attempting to create a new team in the Project Site, cancel this registration process now. If you are unsure if your Team has been created yet in the Project Site, follow up with your Faculty Lead or Student Team Lead prior to registering.
You may change your Team Name and Team Leader at any time after registration on the Project Site.

• If you have questions about registration or the competition, email SDdesign@nrel.gov.
In order to ensure that you receive emails from the competition, please add SDdesign@nrel.gov to your address book.
If a team includes any non-U.S. citizens who wish to participate in-person at the Competition Event held on the NREL campus, each non-U.S. citizen must submit a Foreign National Data Card (FNDC). Based on what you indicated for your country of birth and country of citizenship, the organizers will send the appropriate information for submitting your FNDC. Even if you are unsure of your attendance at the competition event on NREL’s campus, you should still go ahead submit an FNDC.
